To replace a retiring canine officer, through a special event, the DPF was able to provide “VIS”, a  young Belgian Malinois, who is currently in training to become a full-fledged SWAT Officer with handler Officer Brett Titus.  VIS will be prepared for action when “STRICKER” retires later this year.
